TENANT FIND ONLY

£800.00 (Inc VAT)

• Market appraisal.
• Advice on any refurbishment and legal requirements.
• Professional photography 
• Marketing of property on online portals including Rightmove & Zoopla.
• Accompanied viewings.
• Negotiating and agreeing offers. 
• Conducting references and right to rent checks on tenants. 
• Set up tenancy agreements and other associated paperwork. 
• Collect first month’s rent & deposit and remit to landlord

RENT COLLECTION

Tenant Find Fee + 10% a month (Inc VAT)

Includes tenant find services plus:

• Collecting and chasing any rent arrears each month. 
• Renewals of tenancy agreements. 
• Update utility providers of any tenant changes. 
• Registering deposits and handling associated paperwork. 

FULL MANAGEMENT

Tenant Find Fee + 12% a month (Inc VAT)

Includes rent collection services plus:

• Arrange routine repairs and instruct approved contractors.
• Hold keys and undertake regular inspections of the property and notify landlord as appropriate.
